EVENT DAY LOGISTICS
Start Times: 10K: 9am, 5k: 9:15am
Parking
There will be ample parking available at the stadium.
Age Requirements
All runners must be aged 15 or older on the day of the event.
Race Numbers:
All race packs are to be collected at the event.
Water Stations:
There will be a water station provided at the 5k point in the race and at the finish alongside some post-run snacks!
Bag Drop:
There will be a bag drop at race HQ.
VIP Entry:
VIP entry includes exclusive access into the stadium’s hospitality area, with priority bag drop and pre and post-race refreshments.
Race Numbers:
All race packs are to be collected at the event.To collect them you need to make your way down to the numbers desk between 7:15am – 8:45am. The earlier you get there, the more efficient we will be on the day.
Refreshments:
There will be water provided at the 5k point of the race, and at the finish alongside some post race snacks!
During the race:
We will have marshals all around the course as well as KM signs and arrows.
Results:
Results will be available on www.results.runthrough.co.uk after the race.
Pictures:
We will have a photographer taking a few snaps of the race and they will be on our photos page after the race so be sure to check it out and see if you can spot yourself.
